I Can’t Log in, What Should I do?
If you have already signed up but have trouble logging in:
- Make sure you are at https://app.apprisemusic.com/login.cfm
- Check whether you have entered the same email address as for registration. If you are managing multiple emails and can’t remember it clearly, the one which once received the confirmation email when you signed up is the correct email address.
*Please delete the space before and after the email address.
- Check whether you entered the right password.

- If you don’t remember the password, please click “I forgot my password” to reset it.
Enter your email address and click send password you will receive an email as below. Make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
