DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

“As Is” Basis: Services are provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness.

Liability Cap: Apprise Music’s liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding six months or $100, whichever is greater.

TERMINATION
Apprise Music may suspend or terminate access for breaches of this Agreement. Surviving sections include Indemnification, Disclaimers, and Dispute Resolution.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration: Disputes must first be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana, governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Court Jurisdiction: If arbitration fails, disputes shall be settled in courts of the Republic of Ghana. Both parties waive jury trials and class actions.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
To submit a claim, provide:

Description of the copyrighted work and infringing material.

Statements of good faith and accuracy under penalty of perjury.

Counter-notices must include similar details and consent to Ghanaian jurisdiction.

MISCELLANEOUS

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Non-Assignment: You may not transfer rights without Apprise Music’s consent.

Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder of the Agreement.
