SoundNScale Sets New Agenda for Music Rights, Branding, and Creator Income in Africa
Accra, March 28, 2026—Creators, music executives, and digital innovators gathered at Akuna Pod in Labone for the 2026 edition of SoundNScale, an industry-focused event aimed at equipping artists with practical knowledge on how to build sustainable careers.
The event, themed “The Business of Being You: Branding, Rights, and Revenue,” was created to bridge the gap between talent and structure in the modern creative economy.
SoundNScale brought together stakeholders across music, fintech, and digital media to explore how creatives can protect their work, build strong identities, and convert creativity into long-term income.

Organizers noted that the initiative responds to a growing need within the industry, where many artists achieve visibility but struggle with ownership, monetization, and strategic positioning.
The panel featured a diverse lineup of speakers working across different parts of the creative ecosystem.
