Ohemaa Sarah Donates To Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital Child Health Department

One of Ghana’s finest gospel sensations Ohemaa Sarah recently donated various items to the Korle-bu teaching hospital child health department as a good will gesture to celebrate her birthday.

As part of her birth day celebration Ohemaa Sarah said she thought it wise and prudent to celebrate her birthday and share her joy with the children’s on admission at the hospital.

According to her, she felt touch to donate these items because she believes birthday celebration should not be about the individual celebrants but how he or she can put smile on the face of a child who is going through pain and their parents as well.

Ohemaa Sarah has been in the music industry over the past few years and has one album to her credit called “WA BRE ME HU” she is currently working on numerous albums and singles which will soon hit the airwaves.

According to her, the music industry in Ghana has a lot of prospects even though it seems very challenging due to lack of support and sales of their songs as well as the lack of numerous events to play at which contribute significantly to their income generation.

Ohemaa sarah is under the management of apprise music Ghana’s foremost digital music distribution company which has been involved in making her songs available on all international digital music stores across the globe. She is of the view that now music has gone completely digital and encouraged all musicians to adopt the new trends in the industry in order to reach out to the world with their works she also called on other artist to always remember to share their special moment with the less privileged in society thereby putting smiles in their faces which she believe is the desire of God for us to be each other’s keeper.

When asked about how she felt after visiting the wards she simply said “I felt so sad and broken hearted I wish I could solve all their problems”

However, she hopes to more of this in the future and to lead the crusade against child abuse which is affecting many children’s in society, she also appeal to government to ensure the children’s are cared for since they are the future of the nation she added.
