How do I make sure my artist is credited correctly?
To avoid any issues regarding artist matching in the different DMS, you must ensure that your artist is correctly credited.
For all of your artist’s releases to be reunited in the same profile, you must make sure that the spelling is consistent throughout your artist’s whole catalog. This includes letter capitalization, the usage of “&” or “and” for compound artists, special characters, etc.
If your artist was correctly credited but you still identified an artist matching issue within the platforms, please contact your Labels & Artists Support team. Make sure you include the release(s)’s UPC(s) and the link to the correct artist page in your mail.
